Account details (name, email), workspace settings, the prospects and messages your outreach engine reports, and billing records handled by our payment provider.
Only to run your workspace: finding and contacting prospects you approve, showing results, sending you alerts, and billing. We do not sell data or use it to train public AI models.
Access to your mailboxes and social accounts is granted through each service's own approval screen, stored encrypted on our servers, never shown in the browser, and can be withdrawn at any time.
Anyone contacted through the platform can ask to be removed. Workspaces keep a do-not-contact list that is checked before every message is sent.
Workspace owners can request an export or full deletion of their workspace data. Deleted data is removed within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
